Resitan CF306 Coldset Resin
This is a high-qualified Urea- formaldehyde polycondensate furan resin has low viscosity. It has low nitrogen and makes no bad dour. Resitan CF306 is suited for grey iron, steel and non-ferrous casting cores moulds.

Direction For Use
RESITAN CF306 is hardener by RESITAN H002 (winter) or H002/1 and H002/3 (summer).

Suggested Laboratory Test
In a laboratory mixture arrange the following test mixture at 20 −22 °C and 60 ±2% relative humidity.

Text Muxture
100 parts (by weight) silica sand (A FS 48-52) 0.3 – 0.9 parts( by weight) Resitan H002 or H002/1 1 parts (by weight) Resitan CF306 At first add hardener to sand and mix for 1 – 2 minutes then add Resitan CF306 mix well for another 2 – 3 minutes. The standard cores made from the above compound are cured at room temperature.

Storage Life
Max 6 months.

Storage Conditions
RESITAN CF306 must be kept in a cool place (max. 20°C) in closed drums. keep away from any source of heat and direct sunlight

Safety Precautions
RESIN: Although handeling of Resitan CF306 generally does not cause any skin irritation the use of gloves or other protective means in recommended. Activator (hardener) : This catalyst is a solution of different saits in water and in addition to the above precautions eyes should be protected against splashing. In cause of accidental contacts, the affected parts should immediately be flushed whit water.
