This resin is a relatively low viscosity resin of good glass fiber wet-out. this resin is characterized by its medium gel-time , low color, good adhesion to glass fiber and relatively high reactivity .Composite parts made of this resin and glass fiber reinforcement offer very good flexibility and impact resistance. Resitan RGP 900 Is used for manufacturing of composite parts, such as corrugated sheets, pipes, green houses and structural panels. Non-volatile = 62±2 % Viscosity = 300-500 mpa.s Gel time( 25°C-35°C) = 13-25 min Peak Temperature = 135-145°C

Storage Conditions
This resin must be kept in a cool place, properly 5-20 ºC, in closed drums. Keep away from any source of heat and direct sunlight. Temperature higher than 25 ºC or direct sunlight decreases shelf life of Resin. Also this resin is flammable and must be keep away from any ignition sources or flame.

Safety Precautions
Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. Necessary eye and body protection should be used. Apply good ventilation in working area Never mix cobalt solution and MEKP together directly because explosion maybe occurs.
