RESITAN RGP 67G OrthoPhthalic
This resin is characterized by its very low color, low viscosity, moderate gel time, good adhesion to glass fiber and relatively high reactivity. Composite parts made of this resin and glass fiber reinforcement have very good physical and mechanical properties application. Resitan RGP 67G Is used for manufacturing of composite parts, roughing wheels, and other general purpose application. Non-volatile = 66±1 % Viscosity = 450±50 CP Gel time( 25°C-35°C) = 10-15 min Peak Temperature = 135-145°C

RESITAN RGP67G is a general purpose unsaturated polyester resin.

RESITAN RGP67G is used for manufacturing of composites such as reservoirs, structural panels, boats automobile parts, roughing wheels, and other general-purpose application.

Storage Conditions
This resin must be kept in a cool place, properly 5-20 ºC, in closed drums. Keep away from any source of heat and direct sunlight. Temperature higher than 25 ºC or direct sunlight decreases shelf life of Resin. Also this resin is flammable and must be keep away from any ignition sources or flame.

Safety Precautions
Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. Necessary eye and body protection should be used. Apply good ventilation in working area Never mix cobalt solution and MEKP together directly because explosion maybe occurs.
